Lee v. ITT Class Action

On October 16, 2018, the U.S. District Court in Seattle gave final approval to the settlement reached with ITT ("now Vectrus Systems Corporation").

As we notified you before, earlier the Court certified a class of "All employees of Defendant ITT Corporation or its subsidiaries who performed work under the 'GMASS' contract in Kuwait on or after April 12, 2009." According to Vectrus, the GMASS contract ended May 29, 2010.

Now that the Court has approved the settlement, as well as the payment of attorneys' fees and litigation expenses, eligible class members will have claims on the remaining approximate amount of $2,496,799.46. Each class member's allocated share will be determined by Class Counsel based on the number of days the class member worked for ITT in Kuwait under the GMASS contract, compared to the total number of days all of the class members worked for ITT in Kuwait under the GMASS contract.

If you are a member of the class, you will receive a Court-approved Notice by U.S. mail to be mailed October 31, 2018, including a W-4. A link to the Notice is here.

If you belong to the class, to remain eligible you must return a W-4 or, for non-U.S. citizens an Alternative Statement Regarding Tax Status, to Class Counsel by December 15, 2018. Then Vectrus Systems Corporation will mail checks to eligible class members by February 1, 2019.
