Lee v. ITT Class Action

This page is being revised as updates are available. Please continue to check back for new and timely information. Thank you for visiting!

This is a class action on behalf of employees of ITT who worked in Kuwait and were not provided all promised pay and benefits.

The class certified by the U.S. District Court in Seattle is defined as "All employees of Defendant ITT Corporation or its subsidiaries who performed work under the 'GMASS' contract in Kuwait on or after April 12, 2009."

Class certification was recently upheld by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The case is currently stayed pending Defendant's petition for review with the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, we have been discussing the possibility of resolving the case with lawyers for ITT (now called Vectrus).

Class members will receive notice by mail of any proposed resolution. We will also update this website as to significant developments in the case. You can also see all the court filings with the U.S. District Court in Seattle at https://www.pacer.gov/. The Case number is CASE NO. C10-0618-JCC pending in the Western District of Washington.
